Complex lighting management system

Lighting control even without replacing installed lights

The municipality of Lelekovice modernized its public lighting six years ago. At that time, luminaires were installed with provision for future control, but the control system was never implemented. The luminaires thus operated for six whole years without control, even though they were ready for it.

In cooperation with the municipality, we transformed this potential into a smart solution. We deployed Savee in the form of a retrofit, i.e., without replacing the luminaires, and adapted it to work with older infrastructure.

The entire project is being carried out in several stages, which allows the municipality to spread the investment over time while benefiting from the advantages of smart management from the very first phase.

The municipality of Lelekovice decided to make full use of its previous investment in modern lighting fixtures and opted for smart control instead of replacing them. Thanks to this, it was not necessary to interfere with the existing infrastructure, yet it was still possible to implement economical and efficient operation.

By implementing the Savee system, the municipality gained the ability to control public lighting according to pre-set schedules and current needs. This brings significant energy savings and at the same time reduces unnecessary light pollution. Thanks to the online platform, the municipality now has a continuous overview of the entire lighting system. Data on consumption, faults, and the functionality of individual light points are available. Optimized operation also saves on the lights themselves. Reducing the intensity of lighting during periods of lower demand extends their service life and reduces the frequency of maintenance.
